Yogi oils was first born from my love of sharing yoga in the yoga studios in Scotland (and the world!) and I still teach a few weekly classes because I love it. I am a vinyasa, restorative and yin teacher and combine the seasons, plants and essential oils into my classes. I love a challenge but I also love proper relaxation so you will always get a bit of both in every class.

sauna & sweat lodge
Katrino offers immersive sauna ceremonies and rituals currently at two serene locations in Scotland: Spear Sauna at Lost Shore Surf Resort and Wigwam Holidays Montrave Estate.
​
Guests can immerse themselves in the sauna and experience a wild elemental spa using yogi oils products. The sessions feature body scrubs, honey face masks infused with local foraged earth magic, pine smoke smudges for cleansing, guided massage moments using natural oils and butters, olfactory meditations using yogi oils core element range and plant and nature symbolism stories.

Katrino is a certified shamanic practitioner and is also trained in traditional Lakota-style sweat lodge ceremonies with her teacher in Scotland. She will be offering more immersive sweat lodge experiences in the future, bringing this sacred tradition and her own wisdom forward with care and authenticity.

handpoke tattoos
body adornment is such a special practise that has been done for many years as rights of passage and markings of moments in time. tattoos always come when they are meant and i like to think if them as symbolic guides, ink energised with codes and energy of the space you allow in. intentions or confirmations and anything else you can imagine. I really feel this.

I create a comforting ceremony space within my home in the Scottish highlands or I can travel to you. I specialise in smaller pieces but open to discussion.
​
my background is in art having studied art and design at university and my job before I found the world of holistic healing was a graphic designer. I enjoy creating symbolic line art using black ink that tells a story, only for the ones who care to go a bit deeper. I have always created art as a hobby so moving from paper to skin felt natural as I work with black lines in my personal artwork.
