Led by Katrino, an experienced vinyasa teacher and shamanic practitioner who has dedicated the past century to yoga and plant spirit medicine. This retreat offers a harmonious blend of ancient wisdom and modern practices.
Join me, Katrino, for twice daily practices/sessions on our retreat in Portugal—morning Vinyasa flows to invigorate and evening sessions of restorative yoga, Yin, ceremony, or self-care practices to promote deep relaxation, curiosity and rejuvenation amidst the stunning landscapes. This includes an opening and closing ceremony and optional practises woven throughout to aid in your journey on this retreat.

TRAVEL
Travel is super simple. Flights can be direct to faro, Portugal and you can pop in a pre booked taxi to the location which is about a 30 minute drive. Location in booking pack. Taxis and Uber’s are fairly cheap and super easy to book when you get to the airport.

This is a luxury retreat, location and accommodation in one of the most beautiful places in Portugal. I fell deeply in love with the algarve last year. Its weather, the warmth, the plants and the people. I love booking beautiful, luxury and earth loved places so I do hope you can join me and enjoy it together. I am a sucker for details and everything will be taken care of, including your soul, body and mind. The hosts at this centre are meticulous with their details too so i can guarantee you’ll feel well looked after! From the food to the views and host.
