My intention and dreams for you for this time together and what to expect -
My hope is that you find the unique medicine thats waiting for you during this retreat. All your basic needs will be taken care of to really really allow you to drop into the rarely honoured stillness and rest so that you can find a deeper expression and truth of yourself. You will be able to enjoy what it feels like to relax and reset your nervous system through relaxing yin and restorative yoga sessions woven with intentions, massage, essential oils and plant symbolism.
Silent mornings to slowly let yourself rise and soak up your dreams followed by creative and deeply intentional vinyasa yoga practises so your body is moved, stretched and strong.
There will be intentional self enquiry practises where we will work with the elements, nature, the land and plant spirit medicine so that you can lean in to the potential of your life’s path from a new perspective.
Days woven with Plant spirit medicine and symbolism working with plants as allies and reflectors into our own inner world.
You will experience Food that is up there with the best I have experienced by a beautiful chef Salomè. You will taste vibrant colours, flavours and textures that you almost wont believe are real!
Experiences using yogi oils products and dropping into the symbolisms of each.

This is a luxury retreat, location and accommodation in one of the most beautiful places in Portugal. You will be living in a symbiotic nature based house with every detail cared for and looked after. I fell deeply in love with the algarve a few years ago. Its weather, the warmth, the plants and the people and Altanure is another big reason why.
I love booking beautiful, luxury, thoughtful and earth loved places so when Altanure came into my awareness i felt so blessed to be able to witness the remembrance of us being part of nature, not separate. I am a sucker for details and everything will be taken care of, including your soul, body and mind. The hosts at this centre are meticulous with their details too so i can guarantee you’ll feel well looked after! From the food to the views, the host, the plants and the thoughtful, eco landscape. * Luxury Shared twin room (can be made into a king for couples) - £1495pp. Non refundable deposit of £495 in January (or more, you choose but the £495 is non refundable weather you pay more deposit) and then its only £125 per month for 8 months February - September. TRAVEL
Travel is super simple. Flights can be direct to faro, Portugal and you can pop in a pre booked taxi to the location which is about a 30 minute drive. Exact Location is in the booking pack. Taxis and Uber’s are fairly cheap and super easy to book when you get to the airport.
