Buy a singular sauna shot in a 250ml bottle.
OR 
A set of 5 sauna shots in 250ml bottles in yogi oils core essential oil blends - earth, water, fire, air and aether. 
 
Each bottle has 25/30 'shots' in them or double if you use half a shot.

THE BLENDS 
 
Made ONLY with completely pure and natural essential oils with the blends of - 
 
EARTH - to ground -  patchouli, sandalwood, rose geranium, vetiver and clary sage.
WATER - to flow - lemongrass, rose geranium and roman chamomile
FIRE - to transform - ylang-ylang, sweet orange, neroli and clove.
AIR - to express - spearmint, eucalyptus, lime and lavender.
AETHER - to find stillness - clary sage, lavender and roman chamomile.
 
Ingredients in each - the elemental essential oil blend (which you can see full details on under each element mist on the website), distilled water and a little dash of alcohol (ethanol)
 
EARTH AND AETHER  BLENDS MAY HAVE CONTRAINDICATIONS DURING PREGNANCY OR TRYING TO CONCEIVE DUE TO CONTAINING CLARY SAGE ESSENTIAL OIL. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. 
 
I also have an information sheet in pdf form  which i can send you with information on the intentions of each which can be used in community or personal sauna. This is quite nice printed and laminated to keep in or outside your sauna when using the shots.
