Elemi is a member of the same botanical family as frankincense and myrrh. Elemi is used for rites of passage, initiation and new beginnings. It helps the letting go of pre-conceptions and old ideas at new chapters in life. It can be used to honour the spirits of nature and helps to focus the mind during meditation and your yoga practise. 
A blend to use on your body, hair, room, shower, before, during and after your yoga practise and anywhere you would like to bring in some intentional grounding.Ingredients - hand distilled water, essential oils of : Elemi, Sandalwood, Patchouli, Cedarwood, Neroli and just a dash of alcohol.
