COME AND JOIN ME 
A full day Autumn retreat in the Kingdom of Fife. I grew up in fife so this place holds a special place in my heart. I have been hosting sauna ceremonies at Montrave and i cant wait to share the magic of this beautiful place with you with a full day to nourish yourself with plenty of self care practices. 
 
Including -
🧘‍♀️ Morning vinyasa yoga in the tipi or outside in the walled garden if the autumunal weather is good!
• 🍱 Snacks 
• 💦 2.5 Hour sauna experience and time to swim in the pond and relax by the fire. 
• 🍕 Pizza dinner on the pizza oven post sauna using veggies from the estates gardens (Gluten free and vegan catered for)
• 💤 Relaxation session in the tipi after sauna and food - yin and restorative with sound and essential oils. 
• 🍰 Cake and tea
