Deep winter :: online restorative yoga class

I have been deep in my own restorative practice during January and enjoying, so much, setting up my cosy space with candles, blankets and pillows and allowing myself thie time to slow down and feel that dreamy, sleepiness that comes with intentional stillness and its been a reminder of why i love the restorative practice so much. It changed my world when i learned this intentional stillness and what it did to my body and mind. Therefore, id love to share another one off class (like i did last January!)
