Welcome to deep rest club. Join me for the chill-est Sunday morning with a 2 hour sauna ritual at the stunning Montrave Estate with private swimming pond, grab some spring rolls & snacks then drop into 1 hour of yin/restorative yoga with essential oils by the fire. Sunday morning done right.

SAUNA : SNACKS : YIN : Your Sunday morning reset. A 2 hour sauna ceremony with yogi oils followed by Airins famous spring rolls, tea and more snacks and then 1 hour of yin and restorative yoga to integrate your sauna session by the fire with Katrino. A perfect deep rest Saturday morning. Small group, limited spots.
