Since the success and record breaking sell out of my Deep Rest Club - we are back with a full day experience for you. Join the club in the Autumn when the water is warm and the colours around us are vibrant and lets chill for a full day, eat good food, move our bodies and relax. Limited spots!

This is Deep rest club :: the full day edition.
9.30-5pm
September 5th
Montrave Estate, Fife (the one with the swimming pond)
Join me for yoga in the cosy tipi, followed by snacks (obviously) then we will head to the beautiful sauna and pool for a 2 hour sauna ritual with yogi oils. We will enjoy a delicious vegetarian and vegan home cooked Indonesian lunch by Airin (think spring rolls, noodles, tofus and all the deliciousness), then drop into a super restorative session where we will combine yin, restorative yoga, sound and self care practices including self massage and essential oils.
Keepin' it simple and beneficial.
