The world is calling for connection, peace and community right now. Come and join me for a Saturday evening to drop in with a cup of cacao. 
We enter into Mabon in accordance to natures calendar on and around the 21st/23rd September on Autumn Equinox. There are 2 equinoxes in a year. It is a time when the Sun is exactly above the Equator and day and night are of equal length. The perfect balance of night and day. There is so much symbolism around this time and it is a potent transition and one to recognise. From this moment onwards we enter into the darkness and the dark, once again, defeats the light. Mabon is a harvest season and is a time of celebration and to give thanks for a successful harvest and to pray and hope that the crops last into the winter months. For this gathering together we will come together as a community and share this experience.

I am very excited to be bringing you back these regular offerings as a way to simply honour the turn of the seasons, just as our ancestors did. a time to slow down, nourish, reflect, connect back in to yourself and our true ways, true nature 
 
this ceremony is an honouring of the wheel of the year. a simple gathering, allowing space for you to connect back with the rhythms of nature and thus, yourself. open to all, the curious, the practised, the open and everything inbetween. 
 
experiences include some of the following, depending on the season - always a yogi oils gift, gentle intuitive yoga & movement, ancestor knowledge, shamanic practices and healing, intentions, self massage, cacao, essential oils, plant allies, seasonal plant tea, relaxation and surprises. come open and ready to fully receive and drop in. 
 
bring a mat, a blanket, water bottle, snacks (if you want!) any special items including crystals and a journal if youre a note taker!
